Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please email me with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
Once the damage is verified, I will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item. After I receive the returned piece, you may choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method.Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- An exchange for another available item of equal value.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of my handmade art, I do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage during shipping. Please be sure to read the product descriptions and view the photos carefully before making a purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Gift cards.
- Damage caused by accident or improper use after the item has been safely delivered to you.
